Create PCBs Using the Toner Transfer Method, Step 2: Transferring the layout to the PCB
Use a very hot clothes iron. Place the toner transfer paper (printed side down) onto the copper clad board. Press the iron on the top of the paper and move the iron back and forth.
Soak the paper and copper clad board into hot water to remove the paper from the board. Remove paper residue with a brush and a glass cleaning liquid.
