Will the 80w laser cut through 1/2" baltic birch plywood?
The 80W tube is capable of cutting 1/2" plywood, but it would probably need to be multiple passes and would not be as quick as a Spindle cut. Additional Information: I cut thru 3/8" Baltic birch at 60% power (I have an 80w Chinese laser) at a speed of 5mm per sec. It has no problem cutting thru Additional Information: on my laser I have cut one pass thru 1/2" plywood, at 90 percent power, 5mm per sec. I just don't like cutting at 90% power all the time. Again 80w Chinese laser Additional Information: Excellent. Thank you for that information.

What are the specs for the stepper motors on the Bluechick? How much for shipping to Toronto, ON, Canada? Is there duty for shipping to Canada?
Here is the answer to your first questions regarding the blueChick motors: https://buildyourcnc.com/FAQ/9024 The shipping of the blueChick CNC will depend on if the machine is assembled or not. There is a duty for international orders, but I am unsure of the cost in other countries other than the US. Thanks

In the Blacktooth instruction 90 A pair of coolant hose connectors are to be installed. These didn't come with all the other parts, and aren't on the packing list. Are they really necessary? Could not the tubes just exit through these holes and go to the pump, bucket, or water container?
These connectors are not necessary and they are not included in the kits anymore. I have revised the step to reflect this change. The connectors are actually an undesirable addition since that is a point at which the hoses can be disconnected during the machine operation and cause water to drop into the driver electronics.

I work with carpet & padding and need to cut carpet to create clean 90 degree corners, and patterns for inlay's. The work area would need to be a minimum of 12 ft by 15 ft. Is there an affordable kit that could accommodate this size
The largest cutting area machine we have available is our greenBull 6X, which allows a cutting surface of 6' x 12'. The limit of our machines is the x-axis being the width, but you can elongate the machine as far as you require, being 15 Ft. or more. I would highly recommend a visit to our R&D page, which allows you to post ideas/requests and to view the current tasks that we are working on!

I was told you have some free CNC machine plans. I can't find them. Where are they?
We do not offer any free plans. We offer the CNC Scratch Build Kit which includes plans to build a CNC machine from scratch. You can find more information about this by clicking on this link https://buildyourcnc.com/cnckitintro.aspx Additional Information: WTF!! It says right on your utube page free plans available. I'll paste it from Utube right here.(DIY CNC Router for Under $900 - Free Plans Available) Very misleading, I spent a lot of time looking for this stuff and am lucky I found this because apparently none of its available for free. Very misleading, dishonest sales tactics. I'm sure you've made money conning honest people out of there money but your not gonna get shit from me. After reading what other people here have written, and the fact that you lie about the cost, at least on UTUBE, It is clear your a liar and a piece of shit. carry on though by all means and continue making money being a liar. Additional Information: So maybe you should edit your YT post that says you DO have free plans?

I need to replace the fried electronics box for my 6090 wood router. Do you offer a play and play, no wiring required, kit? If yes, how much? If no, can you recommend one?
Yes, we offer a CNC electronics assembled package called the redFly, redLead and redSprout. If you already have a computer, I would recommend the redFly. You would still need to add connectors to the ends of your motor cable. https://www.buildyourcnc.com/item/cnc-computer-system-redFly
