how wide is the laser beam?
A laser beam that exits from the CO2 tube is about the diameter of a standard pencil. The beam passes through a lens that allows this wider beam to converge to a point at the focal length determined by the shape of the lens. The farther above or below the focal point, the wider the beam will get.

Any warrantee of the tube and hardware?
We have a 30 day warranty. The tube must be cooled prior to and during lasing. If not, the warranty is void. Also note that tubes have a finite lifespan and is a part of a machine that will need to be replaced periodically. The higher power you use, the shorter life of the tube.
