What is the length?

This product is sold a a per inch length. 

Having issues not used laser cutter for a while now it only cuts transversal lines not image lines any ideas

No, at this time, we only have this strip brush in 2" bristle measurements. You are the first to request a longer length. If we see more interest, we will get the longer bristle lengths.

During my first install, I set my units in inches. I later had to switch to millimeters and was told to uninstall and re-install my Mach 3. However when I did my re-install, my (config.) settings repopulated to the values I had set previously. How do I wipe my config settings clean?

Select the Mach3 Loader icon on the desktop and create a new profile. Make sure "Default Profile Values" is checked.

Specifically for a blackToe/blackFoot the total length for a 7518 router brush strip is 19 1/2" inches.

What should the "glue groove" width be for flexible strip brush?

The width and height that we have on our brush piece for our cnc machines, is 1/4" width and .30" depth , the length is dependent on your specific dimension of brush and the design of the brush piece.

Are there contour type brushes available for leadscrews and round rails

Does the 2in flexible strip brush also come in 4in lengths for the bristle?

At this time, we only have 2 inch bristle length. How would you apply the 4 inch bristle? Would it be used for a CNC machine, or another application? We might be able to supply this longer bristly length if we can see a good market for it.

What is the backing material and it's dimensions.

The backing material of the strip brush is .23 inches wide and .18 inches high. The material is unknown, but can easily be bent at a radius of 3 inches.

How long is this?

The length is continuous. The quantity purchased is the length of strip brush that you will receive.
