MDF is slightly larger then 4'. Can the Blackfoot handel sheets of MDF (3/4" x 49" x 97")?

The sheets of MDF (3/4" x 49" x 97") will fit in the blackFoot since the cutting surface is 4x8, but the machine itself is a bit larger. However if you were trying to cut the entire sheet(edge to edge), the gantry might not be able to reach the extra 1".

Depending on the actual items added to the cart, the price for shipping internationally will be high (ex. Our CNC machines/Computer CNC Systems) or low (ex. breakout board/s, cable, end mills, etc.) on certain items. The amazon version does not include a table or many accessories like motor cable, limit switches, spindle or router, etc.

I buy a four axis kits and i connect all parts respecting the plan. The USB connector is using for �lectric alimentation of the When I want to activate the engine with the computer keyboard , nothing works. The current 5VDC since green light is on but when I check with a voltmeter each pin , then I see that there is no current. What's happening?

Depending on the board you are currently using, either the Parallel or USB interface board. The parallel interface needs the USB cable for power(5v) and the parallel cord for communicating from the board to the computer and vise versa. The USB interface board, will need a keyboard jog header made to fit the 12 pin connector(2 x 6). Making this connector will allow you to be able to wire it to a external panel, where you can use it to jog your machine rather than using the onscreen jogging. Can I add a fourth axis by just adding another controller?

In generally, you would only need a driver to drive the motor on the 4th axis. A fourth (4th) axis can be added using a head stock that contains a motor where the motor turns a chuck that holds the object. The motor requires a driver that is controlled by an interface card such as the parallel breakout board, or the usb controller board. Our 4th Axis head stock can be driven by our standard 3.0 amp driver. The software used to control the 4th axis would need to be able to control 4 axes (X, Y, Z and A). Mach3, LinuzCNC and Planet-CNC are good examples of control software that can control more than 3 axes.

4 axis kit can I use 2 motors for the gantry with one controller card? or I buy the 3 axis kit instead?

Yes, you can use the 4 axis kit and use two of the motors on the gantry. You will need to wire the gantry axis motors to the same step and direction signals on the controller interface. For example, if the gantry axis is the X axis, then on the controller step and direction terminals (CP and CW) is wired to both of the stepper motor drivers for the X axis.

Do you supply 5 axis combo set

We currently are looking into expanding our current stock, but at this current time we do not have a 5th axis combo set available. Keep checking our website for updated and new products.

Does Mach 3 come with the 4axis mach3 usb bundle?

Yes, if the combo says Mach3 USB, it will include the Mach3 USB controller in the combo.
