Will the 80w laser cut through 1/2" baltic birch plywood?

The 80W tube is capable of cutting 1/2" plywood, but it would probably need to be multiple passes and would not be as quick as a Spindle cut. Additional Information: I cut thru 3/8" Baltic birch at 60% power (I have an 80w Chinese laser) at a speed of 5mm per sec. It has no problem cutting thru Additional Information: on my laser I have cut one pass thru 1/2" plywood, at 90 percent power, 5mm per sec. I just don't like cutting at 90% power all the time.
