My Question is about the 2.2kw spindle, because the thread start is so small I have a hard time centering the collet before it binds from tighting what have others done to overcome this

Can you see any damage to the beginning of the thread on the shaft of the spindle, or any damage to the thread on the inside of the collet nut?
